Privacy Policy

Orion processes your account details and the information you choose to add, such as training goals, workouts, meals, notes, tasks, and preferences.

If you connect Oura, Orion reads the Oura information you authorize, including your profile and daily sleep, readiness, activity, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability data.

If you connect Apple Health, Orion reads only the categories you authorize, which may include workouts, steps, active energy, body measurements, sleep, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability. Orion does not write data to Apple Health.

Orion uses your information to operate and secure the service, synchronize connected data, personalize fitness and productivity guidance, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. Health data is not used for advertising or sold to data brokers.

Orion uses infrastructure and database providers, including Supabase, to run the service. These providers process information only to provide their services to Orion. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Orion uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You can disconnect Oura or change Apple Health permissions at any time in the respective service or device settings. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your Orion account data by emailing austin@getnurapower.com.

Orion is not directed to children under 13, and Orion does not knowingly collect their personal information.

This policy may be updated as Orion evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Privacy questions can be directed to austin@getnurapower.com.
