Orion provides tools for personal fitness, nutrition, planning, and productivity. The service and its features may change over time, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

Orion provides general informational and fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Orion for emergencies or as a substitute for a qualified health professional. Consult a professional before making decisions that could affect your health or safety.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Email austin@getnurapower.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Optional connections such as Oura and Apple Health are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and data accuracy are outside Orion's control. You may disconnect them at any time.

You retain ownership of information you add to Orion. You grant Orion permission to host, process, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

Do not misuse Orion, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Orion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Fitness recommendations and connected-device data may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on the service.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using Orion and request deletion of your account data by emailing austin@getnurapower.com.

These terms may be updated as Orion evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Questions can be sent to austin@getnurapower.com.
